Whats the best way to improve one's fishing results under MARGINAL weather conditions ???????

That's easy............ Go fishing often......... Fish all seasons........... Learn how to troll and cast both......... Fish all types of waters and fish for all species but learn to catch the bass and the others will just get in the way. The tough weather conditions will come and you will learn to adapt to what ever conditions you face. It would be nice to plan all fishing outings when the weather and water conditions are stable but a job usually gets in the way. Good luck with that. John
