trolling sinkers for river rig

in the last spoonplugger, there was a great article on the river or 3 way rig. Can someone elaborate on the trolling sinker? I think he called it a high speed sinker but there wasn't a picture. thanks!

Traditionally, the 3-way river rig uses a bell sinker, also known as a bass casting sinker:

The newer high speed trolling sinkers I believe he is referring to are more streamlined and have swivels on both ends so that you can run them inline or as a dropper weight:
