Hopefully everyone had a great Christmas! We have had some great temps here in MI, boats were out in Muskegon Lake killing the perch.

Wish everyone health, wealth and tight lines for the new year!

We have also had some decent temps, enough to open one of our deep clear lakes. I have been moping around the house for over two weeks looking at the ice that is on my home lake and going through depression that happens every year about this time. Sunday Dan Luley and I got out and caught 96 bass up to 17 inches and four walleye with one being a keeper. I feel better now, at least for the time being. John

Merry Christmas John!
Do you usually get enough ice for ice fishing? If so do you ice fish? I know it is a slow way to fish but i'm stuck with it for about 5 months of the year!
