Fishing with my Son

Post by TurboJim »

Last Saturday, I was able to spend some quality time with my son out on the lake. I am hoping to get him "Hooked" on fishing and keep him off the video games. We had a blast! Watching him catch fish on his own and the smile he had on his face to me is priceless.https://youtu.be/jRVeQQC9xh8

Awesome! Keep it up!
Casey has been fishing with me since he was 5, now he is 13. I couldn't be any happier! When not fishing, he is watching YouTube videos about fishing.
I'm a bit "old school', and he has even taught me some things now. Hope your son catches the fishing "bug' too!
BUT, as much as he likes fishing, he is STILL on the PS4 quite a bit!

Fantasic video Jim!
There is nothing like having your son as a Spoonplugging partner. Enjoy every minute you can with him.
I lost my son and partner in May of 2015. Spoonplugging and life changed for me that day.
I miss him every day, and fishing trips are not the same. But life goes on.

Keep up the videos! They bring back great memories for me and I am sure you will cherish yours down the road one day.

A side note to all here:
Energy drinks are what killed my 33 year old son. If you want to save a life, take them away from someone who drinks them. My son drank them everyday and more than one. There is a chemical in ALL energy drinks that make your blood THICK AND SLICK. He complained of migraine's for 2 years.
So save a life and dont let anyone drink this crap!
Religion is a guy in church, thinking about fishing.
Relationship is a guy out fishing, thinking about God!
