how do i put a personal pic to be used as my avatar like john bales and walt k. and bob r. ?????

After you log on go to the top of the page and click on PROFILE.
At the bottom of the profile page you'll see how to upload an avatar.

If you have problems with it you can email ( admin@spoonplugger.net ) and i can add it for you.

thanks for the help i just couldn't reformat my pic smaller i finally figured it out.
