Timely post after last weekend getting skunked, after fishing from shallows to 50ft, at all speeds. Trying to figure out what else I could have done - now I know.

Steve,
I will take 5 of the #800s (light color); all the #700s; 1 Penn 9 reel with #12lb wire; heavy duty trolling rod, and the Lowrance LCF 1440 flasher. Send me contact information and I will check the registry to try to contact you.

Fisherman,
First off, thank you for your service to our country. Second, I have been interested in your comments, you maps are great, and have given me some ideas to apply on my own water.

Re: Reel Service
Fran,
Good information. I have a reel I tried to clean and lube up, but it still didn't work properly. I wasn't ready to give up on it.

Re: "FOR YOUR VIEWING PLEASURE"
W/S, thank you for the information. I was referring to your fishing trip with your son. Some of the stuff you touched on in your response is helping me apply the spoonplugging methods. I have read it over and over, but you still have to apply it. I need to pick your brain on a bar that I am currentl...
