Re: Depth and speed question

"" But if I turned around and trolled the same breakline at the same trolling speed with a DT rapala, I caught fish."" Ken, not necessarily action. If you watch a DT and a Spoonplug on the troll, you will notice that the Spoonplug will run a pretty much straight line. When it hit...

Im looking forward to tomorrow on Apache Lake. I have so many mapped structures that I want to look at. And as you are finding, one of...

Re: Bridge piers

I swear that Buck took this example right from the 36 bridge that crosses Raccoon Lake in Indiana. Because that is where I used to catch them many moons ago. The migration route is to the left side on Raccoon and on the southwest corner of the rip rap. Last time i was there, there was a pretty good ...

Re: Thoughts

BBZ....... I got asked to leave his site ( kicked off) because I tried to argue that everything they were teaching, was simply Buck Perry information regurgitated into their own words, with Bill's own little slant to it. Cant argue with Bill's success, as he has made some amazing big bass catches. B...

Re: Boats and Wire

Put your pic into One Drive, then you can go in and edit to resize it for a Thumbnail or email size. Then simply copy it to an attachment on your post here. I run wire out here more than any other line. Most all lakes are Highland or Canyon types with clear water. To me using wire is second nature. ...

When Jim McDonald and I were on Navajo lake, we never went below 4 mph, and most of the time we were in the 6 to 7 mph range to get the fish to take.
