Was watching professional angler Ott Defoe talking about Toledo Bend res. on you tube ,he said that he classifies the lake as being a lowland res.
To me its a flatland lake
What are the opinion of others?

Really looking forward to the discussion on your question. In my spoonplugging days I have absolutely zero experience with Reservoirs or man made bodies or water. Natural lakes are my domain here in SW Michigan. This sounds like a great discussion starter.

I'm going with lowland also. It has main basin depths of 50-60 ft, and a main river channel depth to nearly 100 ft. Lots of humps, ridges, deltas, and bars that extend out well into the lake, and to the river channel in many instances, plus a lot of man-made features. Overall, there's just a lot more structural features in the reservoir than you'd traditionally find in a flatlander, and the overall depths are just too great, IMO.
