I have been loosely reading some spoonplugging info over the last year, and have tried incorporating a tiny bit into muskie trolling with varying success. What I pick up from this forum and some of the articles I've read is that these tactics tend to make a bit more sense than what most muskie guys like to do...I ordered the books, waiting on delivery now.

I live in the south metro of the twin cities. Curious if there are any spoonpluggers around here that could use a fishing partner sometime, or would be willing to show me the ropes.

I've been fishing various lakes south. Orchard, French, cedar (faribault), mazaska. But not very much.
