Trolling motor batteries

Post by Bink »

Any suggestions on trolling motor batteries? I have a 24v system.

Had good luck with Walmart brand. They are cheap and don't think there is much difference between brands at entry price. Apparently best kind is AGM but I can't afford those.

Bink,

For AGMs, Sears Platinum Diehard Group 31 AGMs are much more reasonable that Optimas and Odysseys and you won't find anyone saying a bad thing about them. You can usually find them on sale near or under $200.
