BRING YOUR BOAT!!! We have 2 warm water discharge lakes within an hour or so of Elk Grove that will be open(60+ degree water temps/great water color).
Both lakes offer some pretty good action this time of year.
Lasalle is a great smallmouth, hybrid stripper, and bluecat fishery.
Braidwood ls recovering from a fish kill about 6 years ago but still produces some nice bass with a couple 8's & 9's caught each year and also has some huge bluecats.
If anyone needs info or wants to meet up I will be on the water Wed-Thur-Fri (March 16th-18th) let me know.
