Big structure - certainly more than one answer.
I agree

After further thought and discussion I resized how complex this really is.
Things we need to know as a Spoonplugger
1. Time of year
2. Weather
3. Water color
4. Species
5. Seasonal migration

Things we need to do as spoonpluggers to figure this out.
1. Maintain depth & speed at all cost
2. Start in the shallows
3. Strain the depths
4. If you don’t catch anything go somewhere else

The best part of spoonplugging is even though Mr. Perry has already given us all the answers, we will never stop learning. Using his formula and tools we WILL arrive at the fish.
