Has anyone been to Kinkaid lately? I'm wondering hows the mud and how far down the lake it goes ? Thanks thinking of heading down.

It seems that the last month or so has provided us (northern indiana) with copious amonts of rainfall. Anyone having plans to migrate south might want to investment in a phone call (if possible) to learn what "conditons" are like on prospective lakes. It's my suspicion that reservoirs & river systems may present extremely muddied waters this season, and having alternate choices to work would be a wise plan. As for myself, I'll be monitoring the weather and make a few calls to see how levels/colors are currently. Hopefully, this forum will be used to also provide some valuable information to/fro spoonpluggers throughout the Midwest.
