Don’t let the haters make you feel bad. Busting your butt and working for nice things is not white privilege. Enjoy what you have worked for

Re: Thought of this the other day
Men like Coach Knight & Mr.Perry and a thing of the past.
I saw a story where Coach Knight and Ted Willams went salmon fishing in Russia. Ted Willams refused to fish with Coach saying he wasn’t the same caliber angler as him. Lol

Re: Thought of this the other day
There’s a big difference in coaching team sports and a individual sport like fishing. Trying to make 5 or 11 execute YOUR plan under pressure is much different that trying to make yourself or one person execute. Bobby Knight was a master of molding men into machines with server discipline & 4/5 ...

Re: Still struggling to find breaklines
Ok I think I know what your trying to ask. 1. You’re fishing a very sharp breaking structure so there’s not always going to be a definitive breakline all the way around. 2. Don’t worry so much about where your boat is but more where your lure is. Your boat is not always going to be at 15’ if you’re ...

Re: Still struggling to find breaklines
A break line is not always going to be a constant depth for very long stretches. Find the crown (high spot) on a bar and then look for where it has the quickest drop off to deeper water. Work that with the appropriate Spoonplugs walking the as much as possible. That will let you flollow the breaklin...

Re: Looking to buy tiller handle
Have you checked with sources like this? https://www.marinepartsoutlet.com/outboard_parts.htm I've followed this guy for really good info on the old 6hp Johnsons - he has a writeup on a 70hp that he converted to tiller: https://www.leeroysramblings.com/converting_to_tiller.htm Iv scoured the intern...

Re: Looking to buy tiller handle
Jim
Iv seen that one unfortunately that one is for - 4 stoke and not compatible with a 2003 or older.
Iv ordered from that eBay seller. If you ever need anything they typically have the best prices and have everything in stock
Thanks

Looking to buy tiller handle
If anyone has or comes across a 1980’s 40-60hp Johnson tiller handle or parts motor with tiller please let me know.
I’m trying to put a tiller on a 115hp 1988 johnson and they are very hard to find.
Picture for reference
